System requirements

FacFlow is compatible with the vast majority of modern computers. A browser from the list below is needed. They permit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption in order to protect information during transmission.

PC users
  • Windows 2000, XP or Vista

  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 or 7 - or Firefox 1.0 or 2.
Mac users
  • Mac OS 8.1 and above

  • Firefox 1.0 or 2.0

Screen Resolution
FacFlow has been designed for a screen resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels.

Software
Adobe Acrobat Reader® 5.0 or above is needed to view some of the forms relating to the FacFlow service.

Internet connection and email
You will need dial-up, broadband or corporate network connection to the internet. You will also need an email account to receive messages from the FacFlow system.

Firewalls
FacFlow uses HTTP on port 80 and HTTPS on port 443. If you can’t access FacFlow, contact your IT administrator to ensure that the firewall configuration is correct.
